Let us refine & redesign your home using the furnishings and personal treasures you already own. Jennifer Donahue Interior Design Inc enhances your spaces to help achieve your highest asking price.

We recommend this service to clients who plan to live in their home while selling. Realtors typically schedule a visit 1 to 4 weeks prior to listing. We will provide you with a detailed to-do list before your home hits the market. This will allow you to be ready for your first open house or showing.

Intro Meeting - This service begins with a one-hour at home meeting to recommend any changes or updates you should make before putting your home on the market. These recommendations are made with a decade of experience in helping owners get the highest price for their homes.

Recommendations - Our most frequent tips and adjustments include removal of items, rearranging floor plans, updating paint colors, lighting and flooring, and restyling shelves.

To-Do List - After our in-home meeting, our team will follow up with a detailed “to-do” list of all recommendations and prep guide for all of your showings
